Abstract

Picture digital or digital image is a  two dimensional matriks, which in the each elements of picture called pixel represent the grey level. At digital image the information is discrete. Image processing is a process to transfer image on certain domain or the another dimension. In this research, oducted transformation of spatial domain to frequence domain using algorithm fourier transform.

Abstract

To know how many vehicles in parking area is need  a machine that can work automatically. For that has been design and realized a conted system who can count many of vehicles based on microcontroller ATMega8535 complete with 4 sensor, infrared and the photodioda as a vehicle detector. The function of sensor 1 and sensor 2 is to calculating the number of vehicles which if the sensor is obstructed by the object and wait for sensor 2 obstructed too, and then the system will add the number of vehicles entered. The function of sensor 3 and sensor 4 is inversely with sensor 1 and sensor 2 that if sensor 3 and sensor 4 blocked by the object accordingly the system will reduce the number of vehicles that exit. Later on this system connected with microcontroller ATMega8535 and incoming data will be processed and displayed at seven segment and personal computer. Microcontroller as main controller is build to count the number of vehicles.

Abstract

Ada sekitar 8% pria dan 0,8% wanita menderita buta warna. Penderita dalam hal ini mengalami kesulitan dalam membedakan beberapa warna, dengan demikian  banyak gambar dan video berwarna yang memiliki kualitas baik untuk pemirsa normal mungkin tidak dapat dimengerti penderita buta warna dengan mudah. Di dalam tulisan ini mengusulkan efisiensi pendekatan untuk pewarnaan ulang untuk memodifikasi warna gambar dan video didalam meningkatkan daya nalar mereka bagi pengguna buta warna. Mengingat gambar, mewarnai kembali dicapai dengan dua langkah rotasi warna dalam ruang warna pada CIELAB. Pertama kali melakukan rotasi warna local sehingga informasi sumbu putar dapat ditingkatkan, kemudian mengadopsi warna rotasi umum untuk menyempurnakan hasil. Metode ini sederhana tetapi efektif, dan mampu memperbaiki algoritma pewarnaan secara tradisional dengan kinerja dan efisiensi komputasi. Percobaan dilakukan pada gambar dan video nyata dengan konten yang beragam dan menunjukkan efektivitas metode yang diusulkan. viewers have difficulty in discriminating several colors and this many colorful images and videos that have high qualities for normal viewers may not be readily perceptible for them. In this paper, we propose an efficient re-coloring approach which can modify the colors of images and videos to enhance their perceptibility for colorblind users. Given an image, the re-coloring is accomplished by two color rotation steps in CIELAB color space. We first perform a local color rotation such that information of axis can be enhanced, and then adopt a global color rotation to refine the results.We will show that this method is simple yet effective, and it is abletoout perform the traditional re-coloring algorithms in both performance and computational efficiency.
